Meet Doctor Chris
Dr. Christopher Otiko received a Master’s of Science Degree in Biochemistry from Oklahoma State University in 1993 and a Doctorate from the California College of Podiatric Medicine, San Francisco in 1997.
After completing his residency at Pacific Coast Hospital and San Francisco General Hospital, he moved to Los Angeles to start his practice in 1999. He was Board Certified in The Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Foot Wounds in 2005. He founded Coast to Coast Podiatry Group in January 2011.
In his spare time Dr. Otiko likes to watch and coach soccer, write novels and screenplays and spend time with his wife and two daughters.
Biochemistry Practice
Since 2009, Dr. Otiko has also worked in the biotechnology field performing research and development. His Master of Science background in Biochemistry, along with his pioneering clinical work as a Diabetic Foot Specialist, allowed him to develop a new FDA Registered topical antibiotic product which was initially designed to treat diabetic foot wounds.
Podiatry Practice
Dr. Otiko has owned numerous businesses in the healthcare field including multiple podiatry practices, an orthotics company and durable medical equipment company.
He founded Coast to Coast Podiatry Group in January 2011.
